Review
Audio
The background music works well with the show. Unfortunately, there is no opening song, but there are two different ending songs which are pretty good. Nothing to complain about with the voice acting, both the English and Japanese voice actors do a good job.

Visuals
The character designs look sharp, and their colors really make them stand out. For an OVA, the animation is about average and some of the movements seem a little restricted, but it doesn't look bad at all.

Story/Entertainment
Samurai Hunt for the Sword is basically "one guy surrounded by a bunch of girls" in a samurai setting. This show is only two episodes long, but it does manage to complete a story in that time. I wish some of the fight scenes were longer and more aggressive, and that they wrapped up the loose ends with the love story. It is a fun way to pass the time but there are shows that do this better.
