There is quite a bit of profanity thoughout each episode.
Violence
There are numerous fight scenes throughout the series, and they can get violent and bloody at times.
Sex
There are a couple of sexual situations throughout the show, including implied sex and a few groping scenes. There is some nudity throughout the series as well and Melfina flies the Outlaw Star naked (although she is strategically covered most of the time). One character appears to be a homosexual, and he is used for some comedy a few times throughout. There is also a hot-springs episode that has multiple scenes of nudity and fanservice. If you don't have a problem with these things, then you probably won't mind some of the loose outfits that some characters wear.
