There is some profanity in the series, however, there is not that much.
Violence
With the show being based around killing, there are a lot of on screen deaths, but there is surprisingly very little blood. Only during a few key scenes is there any blood.
Sex
One of the main characters wears a rather short skirt throughout most of the show. There are a couple of brief nudity scenes near the end of the series, nothing explicit is shown. Also, there may be some *possible* lesbian themes, depending on your interpretation. Personally, I think there is only one scene that could be interpreted this way, involving one of the nudity scenes mentioned earlier that shows two girls kissing.
