There is a small amount of profanity throughout the show.
Violence
The majority of the fighting is robot vs. robot (alien, if you want to get specific) style which can get pretty intense sometimes, but the actual violence level isn't too bad. Some of the characters get wounded throughout the show, but there isn't much blood.
Sex
Dai-Gaurd is a very clean show. I was actually kind of surprised to find no nudity or fanservice. There are a couple of bathing scenes, but the characters remain covered up.
